Direct Deposit and Payroll Deduction

Your place of employment determines your ability to use this time-saving service.

Free Notary Services

Stop by your community credit union during normal business hours for free Notary services. (This service is for members only)

Money Orders

While we do charge a nominal fee, money orders are still one of the safest ways to send cash when other methods are not available.

Cashiers Checks

Cashier's checks are guaranteed funds drawn from the credit union and signed by a "cashier". We charge a $5.00 fee for all cashier's checks.

Cash Advance

Allows card holders to withdraw funds from a credit card (another member only service) and we do not charge a fee.

ACH

Electronic payments from any financial institution debited directly to/from your Alcoa account. You can use ACH for automatic deposits, loan payments, person to person payments, etc. They can be sent from Alcoa or to Alcoa from any financial institution. They can be set up for one time use or recurring debits/credits.

Courtesy Pay

ACFCU offers enhanced overdraft protection options for our members with the Courtesy Pay program. In addition to our existing overdraft protection services, Courtesy Pay will extend overdraft protection that can help eliminate the embarrassment of returned checks and paying return fees.
