Alcoa Community FCU opened its doors in 1957 and has been serving the financial needs of our members for over 60 years. Today, we are a full-service financial institution serving 15 Counties in Central Arkansas.

Steve Brown
Chief Executive Officer
Steve has over 28 years of experience in banking, including 17 years in sales, marketing, and leadership. In January 2014, Steve joined ACFCU as CEO leading our credit union in many strategic initiatives and unprecedented growth. He is actively involved with our community having served as an Alderman for the City of Benton and on the Saline County Equalization Board since 2019.
Scott White
Chief Operations Officer
Scott has over 40 years of experience in banking, with a strong background in leadership and operations. He focuses on implementing business strategies and driving growth. A dedicated community leader, he serves on multiple boards and remains actively involved across the region, including the Arkansas State University System Foundation Board, Arkansas State University Three Rivers Council for Advancement, and is a longtime member of the Malvern Lions Club.
Jeanette Nation
Chief Financial Officer
Jeanette has over 25 years of experience in the commercial banking industry.
She specializes in managing financial operations, strategic planning, and organizational growth. She is dedicated to driving efficiency and long-term success through strong financial leadership.
Jamie Bigelow
Vice President of Consumer Lending
Jamie has over 25 years of banking experience with exposure across all functional areas, excluding accounting. In October 2014, she joined ACFCU, where she discovered the credit union industry and developed a passion for what she describes as “banking with a purpose.” She leads the lending team and plays a key role in advancing lending strategy, strengthening operational performance, and supporting organizational growth.
Jamie is actively engaged in her community, serving as Board President of Saline County Safe Haven and as an alumna of Leadership Saline County and a member of Bryant Rotary.
Paige Rhoades
Collections & Facilities Director
Paige has 16 years of experience in banking, finance, facilities, and collections. She serves as Vice President of the South-Central Arkansas Chapter of the Cornerstone League. Passionate about financial literacy, she volunteers for Reality Fairs across multiple school districts. Paige is committed to leadership, service, and strengthening her community.
Andrea Rose
Director of Compliance, Operations, & HR
Andrea has over 22 years of customer service experience, including more than a decade in the financial industry. She holds a Business Management degree with a minor in Human Resources from the University of Phoenix. Andrea is cross trained in all aspects of credit union business but specializes in daily operations, compliance and human resources. Active in Cornerstone Credit Union League committees, she also volunteers locally and serves as a notary public.
Savannah Gann
Marketing & Business Development Director
Savannah has over 25 years of experience in banking, finance, and marketing.
She holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Communications from UALR, with emphasis in Marketing and Business. She focuses on marketing strategy, including social media, email campaigns, and business development, while actively supporting her community through chamber involvement and financial literacy initiatives.
Glenda Nielsen
Card Services Specialist & Fraud Mitigation
Glenda has over 5 years of experience in the financial industry, currently leading Card Services and Fraud Mitigation efforts. She focuses on strengthening processes, improving response times, and enhancing card service operations to better protect and serve members. As a Certified Fraud Specialist (CFS), she continues to grow her expertise in financial crimes and regulatory compliance.
Matt Jones
Mortgage Loan Originator
Matt has over a decade of experience in customer service, lending, and real estate. A graduate of Ouachita Baptist University with a degree in Business Management, he specializes in mortgage lending and creating a seamless experience for borrowers. Active in his community, he is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association, a Benton Chamber Ambassador, and part of Leadership Saline County

Senior Consumer Lending Specialist
Robert has over two decades of experience in the credit union industry, with a diverse background in lending, marketing, and information technology.
He takes a well-rounded approach to financial solutions, combining practical insight with a deep understanding of member needs.
Committed to member success, he focuses on clear communication and personalized strategies to help individuals achieve their financial goals.

Consumer Lending Specialist
Leah has over 21 years of experience in customer service, client relations, lending, and financial services. A Glen Rose High School graduate, she continued her education at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. She is dedicated to building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
Mondi Elrod
Consumer Lending Specialist
Mondi has over 11 years of experience in the financial industry, growing from loan processor to Consumer Lending Specialist. She is dedicated to guiding members through consumer lending with clarity, integrity, and compassion while building lasting relationships.
Active in her community, she serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the Christian Community Care Clinic in Benton.
Charlie Rhoden
Consumer Lending Specialist
Charlie has over 4 years of financial services experience and 20+ years in customer service.
She specializes in consumer lending, loan processing, and credit analysis, helping members find personalized loan solutions. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Charlie continues to grow professionally, earning her lending certificate in 2023 and is a 2025 graduate of Leadership Pine Bluff.

Drew has 5 years of experience in customer and financial services and is a Certified Financial Counselor. He is actively involved in his community as a founding board member of the Royal Theatre’s Young Players. Passionate about serving others, he is committed to making a positive impact.

Melinda has 24 years of dedicated service, beginning her credit union career in 2002 as a teller. She takes great pride in supporting ACFCU members and contributing to their financial well-being. Deeply rooted in her faith and family, she is actively involved in ministry work and cherishes time with her children and grandchildren.

Donna has over 20 years of experience in banking and retail. During her 15 years of tenure, she has served in a variety of roles supporting members. She is dedicated to delivering exceptional service.
Board of Directors
Unlike banks, members of the board of directors at your credit union are all volunteers, elected by ACFCU members at our annual meeting. The board of directors serves the membership by setting policies that govern your financial cooperative.
