Steve Brown

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Steve became CEO of ACFCU in January, 2014. Prior to joining ACFCU, Steve served in senior leadership roles at Acxiom for 15 years. Before Acxiom, Steve worked in the commercial banking industry for over ten years specializing in commercial lending and the management of credit card portfolios. Although not a native of Benton, his wife (Gasha) and children (Josh & Megan) are all proud Benton high school graduates and he and his wife have lived in Benton for over 25 years. Steve is actively involved in our community with the Benton Chamber of Commerce and the Benton/Bauxite Rotary Club.

Jeanette Nation

Senior Vice President Finance & Accounting

Jeanette joined us in September of 2019 with over 25 years’ experience in the commercial banking industry. She and her husband, Greg, live in Little Rock and have three children. Jeanette is excited to work with the Saline County community and looks forward to getting to know our members!

Wendy Halpin

CONSUMER LENDING MANAGER

Wendy Halpin is a Saline County native with three children and three grandchildren. Specializing in Mortgage Lending, Wendy has over 20 years of lending experience. She chose lending as a career because it allows her to stay connected with the people in her community. Her favorite aspect of lending is the opportunity to help change peoples lives.


Donna Stockton

TELLER SUPERVISOR

Donna has been with ACFCU since 2011 and has served in many roles during her tenure. She has worked in the banking industry for over 16 years and in retail for 10 years before that. Donna is a Benton native and serves on the board for the Royal Players, a non-profit organization in Saline County.

COLLECTIONS OFFICER & INDIRECT LENDING SPECIALIST

Paige has been with ACFCU since July, 2014. Prior to joining ACFCU, Paige worked in the commercial banking industry for over 4 years. Paige and her husband, Jay have lived in Haskell since 2013 with their three children.


Melinda Brown

Melinda Brown

BOOKKEEPER

Melinda has been with ACFCU since March, 2002. Melinda has served our members in many roles during her time here and now focuses on accounts payables and other bookkeeping duties. Prior to joining ACFCU, Melinda worked for many years in her family's business. Melinda and her husband James have lived in Traskwood with their children for over 35 years.

CONSUMER LOAN OFFICER

Natalie has been with ACFCU since September, 2015. Prior to joining ACFCU, Natalie worked in the commercial banking and Credit Union industries for over 10 years. Natalie and her husband Chris have two daughters and have lived in Benton for over 25 years.


Andrea Rose

MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Andrea is a graduate of University of Phoenix, majoring in Business Management with a minor in Human Resource Management. She comes to Alcoa with over 12 years of customer service/management experience and has a passion for people. She loves the feeling of community and small town life that Saline County has to offer. She enjoys reading for fun, animals, and any activity that involves water! She lives in Benton with her husband and son and feels privileged to be a part of the Alcoa Community FCU Team!

Jonathan Wedell

MEMBER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Originally from Oregon, in the town where the Goonies and Kindergarten Cop were filmed, Jonathan has been in Central Arkansas since 2010. Jon joined the Alcoa team in July of 2019 and brings with him over seven years of experience in member services. Jon lives in Little Rock with his wife Stephanie, two kids, Rubylee and Boyce along with their Border Collie named Lucy.

Beth has been with ACFCU since October, 2014. Prior to joining ACFCU, Beth worked at WalMart for over 3 years. She has been married for three years and loves spending all of her time with her son Aiden. Beth graduated from Benton High School in 2010 and has lived in Benton for 18 years.

Teller

Taylor joined the Alcoa family in March of 2019 as a full time teller. Born in Little Rock, Taylor moved to Benton in 2012 and graduated from Bryant High School in 2015. She is also in Real Estate school with hopes to obtain her license by August 2019. With over five years experience in customer service, Taylor is a great addition to our team.


Sara Rowell

MARKETING SPECIALIST

Sara joined the ACFCU team in May of 2017 as a part time imaging specialist and has since become a full time employee specializing in marketing and social media. Sara is a proud representative of ACFCU as an ambassador for the Benton Chamber of Commerce and enjoys being involved in community events. Living in Benton for over 10 years, Sara graduated from Benton High School in 2011 and loves spending time with her family and her dogs.


Ola Bramlett

CONSUMER LOAN OFFICER

Although she officially retired in July of 2012, Ola remains a vital part of the ACFCU family working one day a week. Ola was with ACFCU in a full time capacity for over 12 years and when she retired was our lead loan officer. Prior to her tenure with ACFCU, Ola had over 30 years of experience in the commercial banking and insurance industries. Ola and her husband, Jim have lived in Benton for practically their whole lives.


Board of Directors

Unlike banks, members of the board of directors at your credit union are all volunteers, elected by ACFCU members at our annual meeting. The board of directors serves the membership by setting policies that govern your financial cooperative.

The current Board of Directors is comprised of the following members:
